We specialise in recruiting and supplying staff such as:

Registered Nurses

We ensure our Registered Nurses (RN) are fully qualified and registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) & Have ALL Immunisations. Registered Nurses we recruit are accountable professionals who promote health and prevent ill health. They will assess needs and, plan care, provide and evaluate care. They are able to lead and manage nursing care and work in collaboration with others. They always aim to improve safety and quality of care and coordinate care.

Support Workers

We ensure our Support Workers (SW) are able to form strong and trusting relationships with clients. They can contribute to creating care plans for clients based on their unique needs. It is essential for them to effectively communicate with and listen to clients to provide emotional support. Our SW’s will provide practical support by completing things like household tasks and physical support which may also include helping with household tasks and personal care.

Respite / Companionship

If you require support in an emergency or for a short period of time, we can provide you with a private carer on a temporary basis, this can be arranged for as little as five days, all the way up to four weeks of support. If its over 4 weeks needing of respite care, our weekly prices will change to live-in-care prices.

Healthcare Assistants

Our Healthcare Assistants have an excellent knowledge of taking care of the clients whether they need support with maintaining their daily routines, or looking after their social, emotional, and physical needs. Their responsibilities might include but are not restricted to basic health checks, talking to clients, house chores, assistance with mobility, serving meals and feeding clients.

Live-In Carers

Live-in care provides full-time, personalised care in your own home, meaning that you don’t need to leave the place where you feel most comfortable and can keep your independence. Other benefits of live-in care include being able to stay close to friends and family, keep your pets, and maintain your lifestyle.

All staff go through a thorough induction process, have enhanced CRB checks, and undergo full mandatory training before we send them out to work.
